At the Official Mitski Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
